Free tools and resources to make your IM life a little easier
Here is my list of the top 10FREE tools and resources I use or recommend to my clients every day. There is no need to spend money on expensive tools and software when tools of this quality are freely available so hope you enjoy them and use them to the fullest to improve your efficiency and profitability.
BB Flashback Express Video Recording software.
A firm favourite of mine and something I have used daily up until a couple of weeks ago when I decided to upgrade to the full version of Camtasia. With BB Express you can record your screen, sound and web cam. Share movies with 1 click upload to YouTube and other video sharing sites. Can save movies in flash or AVI format
Jing
Another big favorite, Jing is the free version that provides screen capture and editing. Allows you to initiate a screen capture by clicking on the sun icon. You can then mark up your screen capture with a text box arrow or highlight and share instantly with your Twitter and Facebook.
Last Pass
Cannot be too careful when protecting your passwords, last pass controls all of your log in passwords making it a breeze to log in quickly with just 1 click to any of your products or services. Protects from phishing, scams and online fraud and allows you to access it anytime from anywhere
Boomerang for Gmail
Plug in for FireFox and Chrome. Great tool for organising your inbox. Allows you to write an email and schedule it to be sent when the time is perfect. Never forget to reply or send an email again. Can be used to schedule and delete emails.
Bulk Ping
Instant Facebook iFrame Fan Pages
Create great instant Facebook iFrame fan pages for free, no need to bother paying high one off fees or expensive monthly subscriptions. Simply click “like” to get started and have your first fan page ready in less than 5 Min’s.
Hoot Suite
Manage all of your social media from 1 dashboard. Create RSS feeds automatically of every post you publish, set up with ping.fm to syndicate up to 30 of the leading bookmarking sites all on auto pilot. Builds great one way links and allows you total auto pilot control
SEO Spyglass
Great free tool to check up on your links and also the back links of your competitors.
SEO Quake
Add on for FireFox and Chrome. Displays many SEO parameters on the fly including Alexa rank,page rank.yahoo links,indexed pages and age of domain. Essential for all IM’s
Free Traffic System

Great free article syndicator. You can submit your spun articles to 20 highly targeted niche related blogs completely free of charge. I have used paid services that do not come anywhere near the level of this service, you can submit 2 anchor text links per article and submit up to 20 articles per submission
